Installation Instructions After shutdown, wait three minutes for capacitors to discharge to safe voltage levels. Replace the MOV Jumper from the drive chassis of the Power Module. Replace the Protective Jumper from your drive terminals Safety 1, Safety 2, and Safety +24V (S1, S2, S+) of the Control Module. For detailed instructions, refer to the PowerFlex® 520-Series Adjustable Frequency AC Drive User Manual, publication 520-UM001.
